1. Bad Attitudes will not be tolerated. No Exceptions.
2. 90% Attendance is required. No Exceptions.
3. Raid food, potions, etc. required. No Exceptions. Show up prepared.
4. When problems arise in the raid, the raid needs to find a solution as a group. If the problem is a player, such as mobility or lack of skill, the player is required to fix the problem immediately. If unable to do so the player will be replaced by a sub.
5. Subs: Subs are required to be on during raids just like the starter players in group. Be ready to sub in at any time or lose sub position. You will be brought in when the current starter has their gear from earlier turns then sub out again for the starter for the raid to continue with progression. We will try and keep raid schedules during the weekdays so subs can P.U.G. on Sundays or finish clean ups with groups. Subs will move to a start position when the following conditions are met. a) Starter has been removed, quit, or left the FC. b) There is a sub to take position. c) There is enough subs to form a new raid group with the correct group make up.
6. No Poaching from other raid groups within the FC. If there needs to be a change to the group bring it up so we can try and find the best alternative to the situation.
